Having authored a variety of influential books on topics including sports, personal development, and youth empowerment, Dr. Felton shares insights into his work that emphasizes identity, engagement, and resilience, particularly for youth, students, and student-athletes. He also shares his heartwarming children’s book series, inspired by his grandchildren, which encourages the development of life skills.

“The Male Perspective” is hosted by Lana Reid, the founder of Conversations in Color, a nonprofit 501(c)3 grassroots organization dedicated to providing uplifting and community building spaces of dialogue for Black voices.
