Parallel to many other areas of life, Mr. Tucker explains that the career of a Construction Project Manager requires intuitive leadership and team building skills in order to coordinate the needs of the client as well as the various staff on a construction site in order to achieve successful completion. Also discussed are the youth mentorship programs “Speak to Be Heard” and “Future Cities 2023,” that Myron also facilitates which empower future generations to become better communicators as well as envision long-term futures for their local communities.
